Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. In case of delays, customers will be notified via email.
Shipping:
We work with reputable courier companies to ensure fast and secure delivery. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping option and the customer’s location.
We do not ship to Poste Restante or parcel lockers. Shipping to parcel lockers is only available as a redirection option by the customer, if offered by the courier company.
Order Tracking:
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
International Orders:
We ship internationally. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes according to their country’s regulations.
Returns and Complaints:
We only accept returns in case of our mistake within 3 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. For complaints, please contact us at: [email protected].
We do not accept other types of returns.
The customer is responsible for covering all costs associated with reshipment in case the package is returned to the sender.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. In case of cancellation, the customer will receive a full refund.
